If you only see a black window when you try to preview your image in uScope, check the camera settings to make sure the White Balance is not set to 0's. Click on "Settings" in the Image capture window and check the color gain values under the White Balance as in the picture below. If the color gain values are set to 0's, perform the White Balance or adjust the color gain values. If image colors look different than expected, please make sure that the Saturation is not set to 0. The Saturation and the White Balance as well as other camera settings can also be set to their factory default values by clicking on "Defaults".
